Event Information
Registration:
- Race will be capped at 1,000 entries.
- Pre-register online by Monday, Aug. 20th (if cap not reached)
- Registration fees: $28.00 Striders, $39 non-members
- No mail-in registration will be accepted this year.
- Tech T-Shirts guaranteed to all runners who pre-register.
Packet Pickup: Race day - 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Age Groups: MEN and WOMEN: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-59, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Course: The course does a loop around Estabrook Park, then is an out and back on the Oak Leaf Bike Trail. The path is paved, and mostly asphalt.
Awards: Finisher medals for all Finishers, Medals for 1st-3rd in Age Groups, Winner plaques for Overall Male and Female
Aid Stations: Water at 1.8, 4.5, 6.2, 8.5, 10.7, and 12.6 miles.
Refreshments: Beer and Soda, various snacks
