Superun for Fallen Heroes 5K

Did you notice the name change?  That's right!  When you participate in this event, not only are you getting the benefits of a family-friendly, fun course to run especially on a weeknight but you are raising funds for the Milwaukee Police Departments "Fallen Heroes Fund".  No, we're NOT like the others as we are actually giving ALL of our profits to this worthy cause.  You can also help by making a tax-deductible donation if you choose.  The Lake Park course is challenging, as it has a long and winding hill to suck the wind right out of runners but the afterparty is worth it as we will have free beverages and Italian sausages will be available and enjoyed with your friends as the sun goes down and moonlight rises over the lake.  Plus, you know you just helped our community!

Wednesday, JUNE 19 AT 7 P.M.
Lake Park pavilion, 3133 E Newberry Blvd., Milwaukee, WI

Fees:
$20 for senior runners (age 60 by race day)
$15 for runners (19 and under)
$20 for members of the Badgerland Striders
$20 for members of the Tri Wisconsin Triathlon Team
$25 for all others (and paper registrations)
$35 on race day for EVERYONE (shirt not guaranteed): Register 5-6:30 pm ( Race at 7 p.m.)

Race Day Registration – 5-6:30 pm at Lake Park Pavilion – $35 fee – Shirt not guaranteed for race day entries.
Perks: T-Shirts not guaranteed after June 10th; Complimentary Miller beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit after the race.

Post Race: The Pompeii Men’s Club will provide delicious Italian Sausages ($3.00 PRE-ORDERED) for your post-race enjoyment. NOTE: Sausages $4.00 Race Day!!

Awards: Awards ceremony at the conclusion of the race (about 7:45 p.m.)
Age Groups Awards will be a 2019 Superun Custom Medal awarded for first three places M/F:  9 and under, 10-14, 15-19; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 and over.
